“I loved being right in the heart of the city!”view full review

Located about a 15-minute stroll from the huge 18th-century cathedral "St. Michael's Church", Pension Am Rathaus Hamburg offers Wi-Fi in the rooms and a car park. This Hamburg guest house is in Speicherstadt, which is a huge warehouse complex crisscrossed by waterways, 3.2 km from such natural sights as the sprawling Outer Alster Lake.

Location

The centre of Hamburg can be reached in 5 minutes' walk of the hotel, and such cultural venues as the Automuseum Prototyp are approximately a 20-minute stroll away. The Pension Hamburg is only 500 metres from the Gothic Revival church "St Nikolai Memorial" and only a few steps from Rathaus underground station.

The accommodation is situated in the vicinity of the traditionsreiche Planten un Blomen Park, and HBF/Kirchenallee bus station lies just 0.9 km away.

Dammtor train station is also nearly a 15-minute walk away.

Charming and Comfortable Room

“During my stay, I found the room to be very charming and clean. It featured a comfortable bed along with a lovely setup that included a table, plenty of furniture, and clean bedding. I appreciated having multiple sockets available, which made charging my devices easy. For the price, the quality of the room exceeded my expectations.” read full review

Spotless Shared Facilities

“The shared bathroom was exceptionally clean and spacious. I loved how well-maintained the facilities were, as this often makes a huge difference in a budget accommodation. Even during peak hours of usage, I never had to wait long to use the shower or toilet. It made my stay much more comfortable.” read full review

Adequate Entertainment Options

“In my room, there was a television that provided basic entertainment during my downtime. While it might not have had the latest features, it was enough for me to unwind after a day of exploring. I especially loved having the furniture arrangement that allowed me to relax while watching media.” read full review

Comfortable Sleeping Environment

“I enjoyed a restful sleep in my room, which was both cozy and comfortable. The bed was sufficient for a good night's rest, and despite the city atmosphere around, I found it quiet enough to recharge for the next day.
